Start with the back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by the back of the scalp being massaged. Then you will be asked to turn over onto your back, and your upper chest, neck, tops of arms, and front of scalp will be massaged with some lymphatic drainage on the face. The treatment will then finish with relaxing reflexology on the feet.
