A note/message from Diane

Having worked in the Beauty industry for over 25 years I have learned the importance of getting your treatment just right. I always strive for reliability, excellence and providing a high quality treatment. Often I have found that it is the simplest, smallest details that matter – like ensuring a clear consultation so that I can adapt your treatment to meet your individual needs.

Consultation

A consultation is always taken on the first visit and involves taking some details from you such as your general health, past treatment history and personal preferences. This helps me to ensure that it is safe to provide the treatment (advice will be given if it is not) and to get the treatment right for you. The consultation is not included in the treatment time and is provided free of charge.

Products

During my time as a therapist I have used a variety of products from high end expensive specialist ranges to the least expensive. I believe it is important that products deliver results whilst at the same time are as natural as possible. I have chosen to use Neal’s Yard skin care range within my treatments as it is organic and uses predominantly essential oils as its active ingredients to deliver the results you need without being too taxing on the purse strings. Neal’s Yard products are available for you to buy and use at home to support your treatment
